Title work runs separately, through Land Titles North — the office is local to you. Land Titles has been slow since the counters closed to walk-ins in September 2025, with registrations reported taking around a hundred days, so build that into any plan with a deadline in it.

That growth is the single most useful thing to understand about foreclosure risk here: a fast-growing town is full of people who bought recently, and recent buyers have had the least time to build equity.
